Lead/Senior FullStack Software Engineer with AI experience

• Build an end-to-end platform on top of AWS
• Engage with internal delivery teams to understand their workflows
• Act as an advocate and coach for other teams adopting the new tooling

• 5-7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience in full-stack environments
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tooling e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot
• Strong full-stack fundamentals across frontend and backend
• Solid Java and React experience (primary stack)
• Practical experience with AWS core services: Lambda, ECS
