About the Position

We are looking for a proactive, technically strong, and responsible specialist with development experience to work on internal products, automations, and modern technologies at Qwerty.Software, a Ukrainian company with over 10 years of experience in creating and promoting digital products for clients worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and support internal tools (CRM, admin panels, dashboards)
  • Implement new features for existing products according to business needs
  • Independently plan technical solutions and architecture of individual modules
  • Participate in backlog formation and task planning with the team
  • Optimize database operations and system performance
  • Implement integrations with internal and external services
  • Use asynchronous approaches (queues, background tasks)
  • Automate processes and suggest technical improvements
  • Work with AI/LLM tools to enhance product functionality
  • Participate in code reviews and improve code quality

Requirements

  • 4 years of commercial development experience (PHP / Laravel)
  • Experience with relational databases (MySQL or others)
  • Experience optimizing queries and dealing with large data volumes
  • Practical experience in backend service development
  • Experience with Docker
  • Experience with queues (RabbitMQ or analogs)
  • Basic or intermediate frontend skills (React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
  • Experience independently designing and implementing functionality
  • Understanding of scalable system construction principles
  • Experience in team development (Git, code review)
