About the Position
Lehko.Credit is a Ukrainian fintech company creating simple and understandable financial solutions for clients across the country. We are developing technological products in non-banking lending and building a strong IT team that works on fast, reliable, and scalable systems.
Responsibilities
- L2 Support: analyzing requests from the call center (L1), other departments, searching for causes of errors in internal systems, working with logs and databases, assisting in the analysis and recording of technical incidents or non-standard situations in the system.
- Testing: manual testing of tasks (Jira) and supporting tasks in production, creating and maintaining test cases, documenting bug reports.
- Integrations: testing interactions with partner services (credit bureau, payment systems, etc.).
- Interacting with the development team and other internal departments to find and resolve issues.
Requirements
- 6 months of experience on a commercial project (QA or Tech Support).
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Ability to clearly describe identified bugs.
- Understanding of how web services (REST API) work, status codes, working with DevTools.
- Basic understanding of frontend and backend interaction.
- Basic skills in working with Postman (API testing).
- Ability to write SQL queries for data extraction and analysis (Select, Join).
- Ability to work without complete documentation.
- Desire to learn and develop in the QA field.
