#Example for a Fullstack / Frontend / Backend engineer

I try to keep building up my skills through practice and learning.

First, I regularly read tech blogs, changelogs and articles, keeping up with updates to React, Next.js, NestJS, Prisma, Docker and other tools I use.

Second, I try to reinforce what I learn in my own pet projects: I try new architectural approaches, optimize performance, experiment with DevOps infrastructure.

And, of course, I learn through real work: I try not just to "close tickets", but to understand why we make a given decision, and how it could be done better.

Sometimes I take the initiative: I propose architecture improvements, refactor problem areas, set up monitoring or CI/CD. That gives real growth, not just theoretical.

I try to develop systematically, combining practice, reading and experimentation.

When a new technology or approach comes along, I first read about the concepts, then try it on my own project, and then apply it in production if I see value in it.

I like digging into architecture, analyzing other people's solutions on GitHub, and studying how large companies build their systems.

I also learn a lot through feedback: code review, team discussions and real project challenges.
