#Example for a Frontend / Fullstack engineer

I'm most comfortable working in a team with open communication, where everyone understands the product's shared goal.

I value it when decisions are discussed collectively: you can exchange ideas, choose the best approach and agree on coding standards and architecture.

At the same time, I like it when there's a certain amount of freedom: trust in the engineer, the ability to make decisions yourself within your area of responsibility.

Ideally, a small cross-functional team where frontend, backend and design interact directly, without bureaucracy.

But I adapt to different formats; the main thing is a culture of respect, transparency and a focus on quality.
